I keep seeing people complaining that the Fallout show is stupid because it confirms who dropped the bombs. But the thing is, it actually doesn’t. All it really confirms is that dropping the bombs was on the table for Vaul-tec.

Yes, was something they planned to do. That doesn’t mean that they actually did it, and if they did do it, it clearly wasn’t done within their intended timing. Barb Howard would have made sure that she had custody of Janey the day the bombs were set to fall.

It is profoundly wrong that there was a plan and that at least parts of that plan were carried out, but I don’t think the show actually confirms that everything went according to Vaul-tec’s grand master plan.
